Opening: Monte Mente

After 21 years of showcasing Australian flair and cuisine from Down Under, the restaurant has transformed into a modern concept featuring Mediterranean cuisine. Since July, Monte Mente has unveiled a new look with vibrant colours, warm wooden tones, and elements reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast, inviting guests to enjoy cosy moments with Mediterranean delicacies. The menu offers a variety of dishes from the Mediterranean region, with a strong focus on Italian cuisine. To ensure authenticity, the team travelled to the Mediterranean to gather inspiration from local chefs for new recipes. The new name, Monte Mente, is inspired by the Mediterranean colour scheme, spatial design, and culinary origins.

The former Corroboree restaurant has been rebranded as Monte Mente, aligning with the Center's new vision at Potsdamer Platz, featuring a refreshed concept, look and menu.
